this is my 206th post. which isnt really much considering the fact that most of my posts are short and nonsensical, amongst the culprits wherein lie entries such as this, punctuated by random outbursts (yes. random outbursts)
theres this hot waitress at surf and turf, at suntec city. i went there to eat the other day with my parents, after buying a weird belt from samuel and kevin. someone has got to take me shopping. anyways, this waitress looked familiar. she either looks like an actress or like on of my old friends from my old neighbourhood. either way, shes funky.
but on to happier matters. yesterday i didnt get to go for my class' Internal Security Department (ISD) visit. instead i went with pei yi and chen ming to deliver letters. the whole of council didnt have school and went on a nice walk around the island. kind of. with approval from otc. anyways, my group took a cab to crescent, jumped on the bus to rgs, paid for a cab to st margarets, walked out and grabbed the bus to hwa chong, and finally rode on the bus to mgs. and all just to deliver letters to the front offices. and advertise to the teachers-in-charge of the prefectorial boards there. out of which only 2 were in school and available to meet us. how fun. thankfully, we got all of this done in 2 hours and had time for a 1 hour mcdonald's lunch. so we were back in school and slacking by 1.10 pm. while the others (cough cough mr head prefect kashun XD) came back at around 4pm. amazing. but thats probably cos our schools were easy. and were all in bukit timah. hey, acsi is in the bukit timah area too. what a coincidence.
and now i have no break and have to do a stupid math project. the atrocities (and wonders) of life.
life can get really interesting when youre bored. to death.

deliberation.
the results are out.
and i did improve from last term. and stuff. but still not good enough to beat that stupid shaun lee jian jie. grr. stupid average of 79.11111111111111111111111. when he got 82. and rene got 83. but then rene is godlike cos of his malay. so evil. at least i could try to beat shaun. just that i got pwned in bio. totally pwned. like lousy lousy lousy bio score. and now i dun think i can drop bio, cos id be screwed with only 1 science.

ARGGH
i messed up my conquer club with one accidental click. i deployed all my armies on someone else's territory. and he returned it by putting it onto the ONLY TERRITORY ON THE MAP FROM WHICH TROOPS CANNOT BE MOVED. so now i have 13 armies on alcatraz, and only 1 on each other territory. and in accordance to the laws of realities, there is no escape from alcatraz. so now i cant move ANY OF THE TROOPS OUT OF THE FRIGGIN ISLAND. and now i cant do anything. at all. freak freak freak freak.

well. got back my mep marks today. i got 69/100 for the actual music studies paper. guess what i got for the last question of that paper, which happens to be a 12 mark essay question. i got 1 mark. yes thats right. 1/12 for an essay question that i was supposed to have mugged for. what is this man. thankfully the rest of the paper wasnt amazingly bad. just normal bad.
for overall mep, i got 75. not sure, but i hope thats 2nd in mep class. which it might be if i actually heard the marks correctly. still, if it is, its 11 marks below the top. who happens to be tony paul walter bob, otherwise known as joshua lim. nice mark of 86 for mep. the only one who actually got 7 points for mep. grrrrrrr.
thinking about the past really makes me feel depressed. remembering good times is something i dont like. cos it reminds you that those experiences were so fun and special and unique. especially unique. like perpetual reminders of memories lost in the sands of time. never to be relived in the exact same conditions. and it makes me wonder, were we made to be sad? i dont think so. but for some reason human beings seem to be unable to be happy. unless they ignore and shut out the things that make them sad. yet these very things may be vital to survival. like remembering the day you fell out of the window and broke your leg prevents you from running around near open windows (not that ive ever done that before. obviously.). so. i guess we just have to ensure that good stuff is more important. and not harp on the bad things.
attempting to move some stuff from my com into the external hard-drive. hopefully itll free up some space. and let the com run faster. wheeeeee.

angel of music
phantom!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!
it totally pwned. today i woke up and went to school for cmps. then i went to mgs for prefect stuff. and then i went to phantom of the opera. and then i came home and slacked for like 10 minutes before having to go out again. to my cousin's house for a birthday party. where i watched windtalkers. its a really cool show. but really sad too. the wonders of dramatic portrayal.
yesterday at the carpark there was this woman, who wanted to park her car. duh. but she stopped in the MIDDLE of the road so the ppl behind horned her. and she didnt move, and when the ppl passed her on the side, she jammed the horn so it was so freaking loud. like whats her problem. not happy then come out and fight ah. stay in the car and press your horn. so what if your horn is loud. grrr.

its over.
at last! watched spiderman3 today. well wasnt too bad, but i think i was thinking more of PIRATES!!!! during the movie. so didnt enjoy it as month. this is seriously movie season, hopefully i get to go out and watch. and learn my guitar properly. thats my aim for the hols. learn how to play guitar properly and not in a cheapo and lousy way :)
and since i am sleepy im going to go outside and watch tv with the ppl here for care group. makes a total lot of sense. unless ur name isnt daniel yee and your brains arent fried from being weird. in which case your brain circuits will be incapable of processing what i have just blogged about. and u wont be able to see the next few paragraphs. if theyre even there in the first place.

what a great way to start the week. with a KILLER cmath paper. no full marks for math anymore. argh. so now how am i gonna have any chance of beating anyone. i guess ill have to study chem hist and bio. larts is kinda doomed. just hope i guess.
someones gotta take a radical step, shock everyone, do the unthinkable, make a breakthrough and change the world forever and ever.

its 11.20pm on a friday night.
i just spent a while playing marvel vs capcom. and i just cant beat onslaught. its so unfair. now i have a headache and im supposed to go sleep.
MEP died. its over. after mugging haydn, the 12 mark essay question was "was this symphony characteristic of haydn's composition style?". and i was like zomwt. so i just bullshitted and hopefully ms ng gives me some marks. and to top it off, i got a few qns wrong in the NORMAL part of it. so thats 35 marks in haydn screwed up. and the rest of the paper screwed. i hope i pass mep this term. if not itll be such a waste. firstly having to study for an EXTRA subject and not getting any school fee subsidy benefit cos we would have it anyway. secondly stayin back every week for mep. and stayin back today. lastly. itll just be a waste of EVERYTHING.
maybe i should go study. or learn guitar. ARGH. must... study....

and a day is over.
ihs and larts paper 1. was ok, except my larts paper looked kinda like a history essay. cos when i saw COMMUNISM and STALIN and THE PARTY and LABOUR CAMPS. i was like. historyhistoryhistory. i was thinkin abt those history documentaries we were watchin in class. so well. i think i did ok for me, hope the teacher is happy with it. ihs was queer. didnt use much facts. o well.

one more day.
one more day to the exams.
i kinda messed up my mep higher music prac today. i blame the stupid grand piano. when i grow up and get rich, im gonna have lots and lots of guitars. and drum sets. and keyboards and harpsichords. and violins. and trumpets. BUT NOT A GRAND PIANO. the keys are soo stiff. i hate hate hate it.
i lent bryan my jacket today. and he just had to screw it up. he wasnt wearing shoes, then he went and sat on my chair, put his feet on my chair, put my jacket on back to front and stepped on the bottom of the jacket, and stuffed his face into the jacket. whats his problem. and during class he stares at kevin wong and sucks his finger. rite. RETARD.
do you remember when we were just kids
and cardboard boxes took us miles from what we could miss
schoolyard conversations taken to heart
and laughter took the place of everything we knew we were not.

its labour day. its also the start of a new month. and a day before the start of the exams.
i have uploaded my "songs to learn" playlist onto my multiply. but then u need to sign up b4 u can access it, so just sign up since its free anyways.
i guess nows a little late, but i really should study. so i shant blog anymore. just hope that ill be able to finish studying by the exams. so ill pass and beat some people. at least.
